1 Write and update process book for all product line in the plant
2 Ensure process book is properly respected
3 Analyse production results to detect drifts in process control, quality product, production cost and propose solutions
4 Supervise locally the implementation of any process improvement, equipment installation, start up of production
5 Is responsible for pilot installations, sample production and the scaling up.
6 Supervise industrial test run in coordination with production manager and R&D
7 Develop new product and new processes in coordination with R&D
8 supervise process technician
9 Survey the state of art in his relevant fields.
10 In charge of production process maintenance, improvement and regular reporting
11 Work with internal or external resource to solve any quality problems, define and implement corrective and preventive action plan.
12 Implement new project, set up and optimize production line, communication with department supervisor and R&D
13 Help to train people on process, therefore uplevel operators skill |
